Frequently asked
Where do we meet at the airport?
In the UBN arrivals hall, just outside the exit doors, holding a board with your name. If we miss each other, call the number on this page.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. We check the flight and come at the new landing time. Waiting is included, so the price does not change.
How do I pay?
Cash in tugrik or US dollars, or a bank transfer beforehand. Card on request. Nothing is charged when you send the enquiry.
How many people and suitcases fit?
Six passengers comfortably with five or six large suitcases. More than that and we send a second car.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us the child's age when you book. The second row has ISOFIX anchors.
Can you drive outside the city?
Yes — Kharkhorin, Khövsgöl, the Gobi and anywhere the roads reach, including multi-day hire with the same driver.
